VET State Reviewers

A program specialist is appointed as State Reviewer for scored VCE VET programs.

The role of a VCE VET State Reviewer is to:

  • provide feedback, advice and support to assessors on coursework task design
  • participate in professional development activities for teachers/trainers, as organised by the VCAA
  • assist in VCE VET program reviews
  • conduct audits of VCE VET program coursework as directed by the VCAA

VET State Reviewers are typically appointed for a 12 month period with advertisements for vacant positions appearing in the VCAA Bulletin in February each year.
